Organic Lavender & Zinc Face & Body Cream

Zinc is a natural sunscreen which helps to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays. This cream has 40% Zinc in it which should offer a Sun Protection Factor of 20. This means if you normally start to get burnt in 5 minutes it will give you 20 times that amount of time before you need to reapply ie 5 x 20 = 100 minutes.

The natural sunscreen zinc is then Infused in organic oils of rosehip, carrot, raspberry and sesame known to nourish and moisturise the skin. With organic Lavender Hydrosol and organic Lavender essential oil, added for their calming, cooling and soothing properties, all make this cream a perfect one to use on sunny days. Use sparingly in the morning and reapply every 2 hours or as needed on high UV days.

SPF 20 means that is you burn in 5 mins it will give you 20 times that amount of time ie 60mins. Sun creams using Zinc should be applied liberally and every two hours to ensure adequate protection. This is not a waterproof sun cream so please reapply after swimming and bathing.

Use in conjunction with the Golden Glow Suncare oil.
